SilverOakManor thrives on mutual respect and kindness among all members. We expect every player to treat fellow community members with dignity and courtesy, both in-game and in public forums. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
This includes but is not limited to: slurs, insults, threats, unwanted personal attacks, and targeted abuse based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. We will not hesitate to take action against users who violate this principle.
All players deserve a fair gaming experience. We maintain the highest standards of game integrity and strictly prohibit cheating, collusion, or exploiting bugs and glitches. This includes:
Using software, scripts, or bots to gain unfair advantage. Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes. Exploiting known vulnerabilities or technical bugs. Sharing accounts with other players or using multiple accounts to circumvent rules. Participating in any form of fraud or deception within our games.
Violations of fair play standards result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent ban. Suspected cheating is investigated thoroughly by our moderation team.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Choose a strong password that is difficult to guess and unique to SilverOakManor. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including friends, family, or SilverOakManor staff members. Our team will never ask for your password.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact our support team. We take account security seriously and will help you investigate and recover your account if compromised.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on SilverOakManor:
Harassment or threats toward other players or staff. Hate speech, bigotry, or discriminatory language. Explicit sexual content or unwanted sexual advances. Spam, flooding, or disruptive behavior. Impersonating other players or staff members. Soliciting, sharing, or distributing illegal content. Attempts to sell, trade, or transfer virtual coins for real money. Real-world threats or off-platform harassment. Any violation of local, state, or national laws.
Violations of these standards may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account bans, at our sole discretion.
If you encounter a player or content that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it. Use the in-game report button or email our moderation team at support@silveroakmanor.com with details of the violation, including usernames, timestamps, and descriptions of the concerning behavior.
All reports are investigated confidentially by our moderation team. We take every report seriously and will take appropriate action to protect our community. Submitting a false report may result in action against your account.
Our moderation team monitors the community continuously for violations. When a violation is detected or reported, we investigate thoroughly. Depending on severity and history, we may issue a warning, temporary suspension (24 hours to 30 days), or permanent ban.
Severe violations such as threats, hate speech, or cheating may result in immediate permanent bans without warning. Players who are banned have the right to appeal through our support team within 30 days of the ban.
If you believe you've been wrongfully sanctioned, or if you have questions about these guidelines, contact our support team at support@silveroakmanor.com. Provide your username, the date of the action, and a detailed explanation of your situation. We will review appeals fairly and respond within 7 business days.
These guidelines are subject to change at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-game announcement. Continued use of SilverOakManor constitutes acceptance of the current Community Guidelines.
